CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is very important to us. Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We will confirm your appointment with you 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

Cancellation Fees

Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours' notice that you will not be able to make your appointment.

– Less than 24 hours' notice will result in a £50 charge

– 'No shows' will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

The cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability and keeps our team members' schedules filled. Our aim is to provide you with an excellent level of service and our policies help us to achieve this.

Late Arrival

We understand that sometimes things can happen in the day that can make clients run late. However, due to our busy diary and to minimise the impact on other clients, we may not be able to fulfil an appointment if a client is late by 5 minutes or more. We will always try to accommodate our clients as best we can. We ask that clients use reasonable endeavour to let us know as soon possible if they are running late as we may be able to delay the appointment. This is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

If a client arrives late, the treatment time may be cut down but full payment will still be required. This is due to the time that has been allocated for that appointment as another client could have been offered that availability. This will also affect any deposit that has been paid as these are non-refundable.

Punctuality ensures that you will receive the absolute highest quality service for yourself and other guests and helps you to receive the outstanding experience.

Appointment confirmation

As a courtesy, we will confirm your appointment by email and by text 24 hours prior to your appointment date (please make sure you provide your up to date contact details). However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
