THE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Eliza Beauty Professional reserves the right to change this Returns and Refund Policy at any time. It is particularly important for you always to check your order or items you have purchased via our website or in our beauty clinics in Finchley and Bromley before you use.

We wish you to be happy with our products and provided treatments. Should you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us immediately. Our customer services team will be happy to assist with your request a return, replacement, or refund.


Refunds


We provide you 14 (fourteen) calendar days to receive a monetary refund for any respective beauty product and treatment, provided the product must be in the same condition that you received it and unchanged in any way, and you can produce a proof of purchase (the purchase receipt, the email or text confirmation).

Please be aware that some products cannot be returned but can be ONLY replaced with any other product or treatment.


Refunds Process


Once we receive your proof of purchase, we will inspect it and notify you that it has been accepted.

When approved, we will initiate either a replacement with another product or treatment or a refund to your credit card or any other original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

For additional information please check the refunds policy of the respective payment service used (i.e., Visa, PayPal).


Your statutory rights
